KDB Deals – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KDB Deals, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience. To support this, we have developed a clear and customer-focused Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy in accordance with Google Merchant Center guidelines.


Return Policy

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery. This return window allows you to inspect the product and ensure it meets your expectations.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • Product must not be damaged, worn, or altered in any way.

  • An unboxing video is required in case of:

    • Damaged or defective items

    • Missing items

    • Wrong product received

Note: Returns without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted for issues related to damage or missing contents.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping for eligible return requests. Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup at no cost to the customer.


Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@kdbdeals.co.in within 3 days of delivery.

  2. Mention the Order ID, issue details, and attach an unboxing video (if applicable).

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization along with pickup instructions.


Refund Policy

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 2 business days.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, including PhonePe and other supported UPI or card payment options.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are only issued for products that are approved as eligible for return after inspection.

  • If the return is rejected (due to policy violation), the item will be shipped back to the customer.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel your order, log into your account and use the “Cancel Order” option.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still initiate a return after delivery, subject to the return policy.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must ensure secure and proper packaging of return items to avoid damage in transit.

  • Inadequate packaging or missing contents may lead to rejection of the return request.
