1. Definitions

Seller / Vendor: Any individual or business that lists and sells products on KDB Deals.
Platform / Site: kdbdeals.co.in and its related checkout, feeds, and order systems.
Seller Code: A unique identifier assigned to each seller. The Seller Code is displayed at the end of each product listing and is used for order reconciliation and commission settlement.

Sellers must provide accurate business information including legal name, valid phone number, email, and physical address.
GST/business documents must be submitted where applicable.
KDB Deals reserves the right to verify all documents and suspend/deactivate accounts in case of false or incomplete information.

Counterfeit, replica, or fake branded products are strictly prohibited.
Product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and availability must be 100% accurate and consistent across the website. Misleading information will not be tolerated.
If a product is not a genuine branded item, sellers must not use brand names, logos, or trademarks in a way that misleads buyers.
If GTIN/MPN/Brand values are not available, sellers must leave those fields blank or provide correct generic values. False or misleading values are prohibited.
Images must be high-quality and must not include misleading watermarks, stolen brand logos, or edits that misrepresent the product.

Every product listing must include the assigned Seller Code. This code will be automatically linked to orders for accurate fulfillment and commission tracking.
Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping all orders within the committed time. Updates on shipping, delivery, cancellations, or returns must be entered into the Seller Portal promptly.
Orders not fulfilled by the seller may result in penalties, withheld payments, or account suspension.

Product prices must include applicable GST and must be consistent across the website and checkout.
Sellers are solely responsible for tax liabilities. KDB Deals acts only as a platform and may request supporting tax documents.
Payment and payout terms, including commission percentages and cycle timelines, will be provided separately in the Seller Onboarding Agreement.

Sellers must provide clear shipping timelines and costs in their product listings. Any delays must be communicated to customers.
Sellers must comply with KDB Deals’ return and refund policies. Refund windows, conditions, and timelines must be clearly mentioned on product pages. Failure to honor returns/refunds may result in penalties or withheld payouts.
KDB Deals reserves the right to process refunds directly to buyers and recover the amount from sellers if necessary.

Sellers must ensure that their listings do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights (copyrights, trademarks, designs, etc.).
In case of an IP complaint, KDB Deals may remove the listing, suspend the seller account, and initiate legal action if required.

Counterfeit or replica branded products.
Illegal or regulated items, including restricted medicines or banned substances.
Products that spread misinformation or pose safety hazards.

Sellers must not mislead customers regarding product authenticity, pricing, delivery timelines, or return/refund terms.
Any seller found violating transparency rules may have their listings removed or account suspended.
Violations may lead to permanent suspension of the seller’s account.

Sellers may only use customer data for order fulfillment purposes. Any misuse of personal data is strictly prohibited.
All official communication from KDB Deals will be sent via the registered email or Seller Portal. Sellers are expected to check and respond regularly.

KDB Deals reserves the right to audit seller listings, invoices, GST/business documents, and order records at any time.
Sellers must maintain accurate records and invoices for all transactions for verification purposes.

Violations of this policy (especially counterfeit or misleading products) will result in immediate corrective actions including listing removal, penalties, withheld payouts, or permanent suspension.
Sellers will be responsible for any damages, complaints, or penalties caused by their listings.

KDB Deals may update this Seller Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform by the seller will be considered acceptance of the modified terms.
